ripples and more ripples ....

Given the forecast for perfect logging conditions all week I have been psyched to shoot.... and what a morning.... Golden Sun, clean little logging waves, warm water & a good vibe in the water... i kinda wish I was riding them but I had a great time and shared a few laughs with the fellas... til tomorrow... STOKED!

Manly Festival

Jake & I did the early run over to Manly to catch up with Isaac Fields whilst on his stay in Sydney town. We were greeted with some fun waves for the boys on their logs in the southern corner. I snapped a few before we went to check out the Manly Festival of surfing.

The not so secret spot.....

Up and in the car by 4am put us at the "Secret Spot" by 5.15 in time for a beautiful sunrise and some uncrowded peelers. The water was freezing compared to the day before at Palm Beach and Jake & I were both stoked on our decision to take along a steamer.

Palm Beach

We went over to Palmy ( Summer Bay as my Girls call it ) for the annual Old Mal Rally... it was a cracking day but the waves on the comp bank weren't the best , but everyone had a great time nonetheless, thanks to all the Palmy Crew. I managed to snap off a fewhots here & there and snuck up the norther corner out of the wind with the boys for a few water shots. Good times!
